Cloud-based application networking functions are widely in use among organizations consuming cloud, and for those making use of cloud-native technologies and methodologies, cloud-native networking is almost universally in play. Networking practices are seen as heavily impacting the ability to deliver applications quickly, cloud-native networking functions are seen as key to improvements, and networking teams are heavily involved in choosing and implementing this technology. These issues are reflected in the responses to 451 Research's Cloud Native, Application Networking Evolution 2022 survey.
