Based on our Workforce Productivity & Collaboration, Employee Engagement 2022 survey, hybrid work seems to have normalized, with a roughly even spread of respondents preferring to work all, most or some of the time remotely. While hybrid work seems to have found its stride for many within the enterprise, it is only one aspect of the modern employee experience, and several challenges remain in terms of day-to-day work tool capabilities, company culture and management strategy.
