The US smartphone market has matured into a two-horse race between Apple and Samsung. No other manufacturer in the US market has broken though to be a viable threat to the leaders’ market share. With that said, Apple stands above even Samsung in the all-important customer satisfaction ratings, with its ecosystem of software and devices playing a large role in users’ overall satisfaction.
