Our Workforce Productivity & Collaboration, Work Execution Goals & Challenges 2023 survey explores the various challenges and aspirations employees face as they go about getting their work done. We dive into topics including automation, collaboration, project management, creativity, technology usage and — for the first time in this study — the perceptions, adoption and use cases for work in the metaverse. The state of work is in flux, with rising challenges after a tumultuous three years. An aggregation of challenges around work is clashing with demands from leaders for more operational agility and growing expectations from employees around the experience they have in their day-to-day work. This is making for a complex set of considerations for companies as they look to equip their workforce and prepare it for the future.
