The beginning of 2023 brought renewed hope for revival in IT spending sentiment, which was dismal toward the end of 2022, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. However, the signs of resilience seen in our Q1 2023 survey seem to have been short-lived, according to our latest Macroeconomic Outlook: SME Tech Trends, Corporate Devices 2023 survey. The survey looks at how organizations are planning to spend on IT products and services in the third quarter, and spending sentiment toward different technologies, including corporate devices.
