Our latest survey — Macroeconomic Outlook, Business Trends, Generative AI 2023 — shows that there are more months of economic challenges ahead for US businesses. The survey also looks at how organizations are approaching Generative AI, a technology that could help manage some of the economic challenges with greater productivity and cost efficiencies but may also become a minefield of security and reputational challenges to organizations.
