It sounds simplistic, but consumers just want devices that work. Throw out all the bells and whistles and technological advances, and if a device can’t handle the routine tasks that make up users’ baseline expectations, those devices aren’t going to survive in the long term. Hence it is no surprise that reliability and other basic attributes are most important to consumers when choosing which tablet or PC to buy.
