By nearly every measure Apple and Samsung are the undisputed kings of the US smartphone market, across all age groups and income categories. However, there are several areas where Apple outperforms Samsung, including customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Google has yet to cut into the sizeable market shares of these two leaders, but they continue to match up favorably on key metrics.
