Overall, the smartphone market remains little changed compared with 2023’s survey. While there is a dip in planned buying, it is hardly surprising considering the current economic environment and appears to be in line with reductions our surveys have shown across multiple consumer spending categories. Regardless, Apple continues to hold its dominant position within the market, especially among younger consumers.
