HR plays a crucial role in defining the employee experience, ensuring that tools and environments foster productivity and well-being. IT's involvement is essential for managing the increasingly digital aspects of the office, and facilities must oversee the physical space. This collaborative approach is vital for creating an environment that meets the needs of employees returning to the workplace.
