Our Connected Customer, Disruptive Experiences 2025 survey explores US consumers’ spending and shopping expectations, adoption and usage of connected experiences, and digital payment, banking and fintech use cases and preferences. This year, we incorporated a deeper look into AI and agentic commerce to better understand consumer sentiment in these areas.
