This report presents key findings from our recent Workforce Productivity & Collaboration, Employee Life Cycle & HR 2025 survey. The survey is two-fold, the first part examining HR professionals' strategic, technology and investment priorities, their adoption, use cases and concerns around AI, and what they would like to see differently in the various HR tools and systems they use. The second part examines the perspectives of people managers across different business units, exploring their views on where they would like more support from the HR function in their organization, their interests and concerns around AI and the challenges they face in their recruitment, skilling and engagement strategies.
