They are accessing these technologies primarily by licensing commercial pretrained models such as OpenAI's GPT foundation models. Organizations adopting AI tools aim to achieve enhanced efficiency and increased productivity through end-to-end automation and the use of recommendation and prediction engines. However, these organizations also express concerns about data privacy, measuring and demonstrating effectiveness, and the potential loss of human creativity and interaction.
